Elisabeth, I’m so sad our program has come to an end!
Four weeks filled with help, support, and understanding!
It was my daughter who suggested I start working with you — as a way to improve my overall health through balanced nutrition and lifestyle changes.
My initial plan was simple:
- learn the basics of healthy eating
- structure my diet
- cut out fatty foods
The reality:
- I learned how to choose the right foods and create simple yet nutritious meals and snacks
- I realized that completely giving up sweets only leads to stronger cravings and breakdowns
- My blood sugar levels normalized
- I saw how important not only nutrition is, but also proper sleep, rest, and physical activity
I’m planning to join a second program round to keep progressing and improve my results even more!
On a personal note, I want to say you are a wonderful teacher, listener, and guide. You explained everything so clearly that even I could fully understand. And all my questions were answered right away!
