1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is individual entrepreneur Victoria Sergeevna Roshchina, INN 780451468987, OGRNIP 324470400142548 (MIROS). For privacy questions or requests, contact miros.platform@gmail.com.
This policy covers the Russian and English MIROS website and enquiries submitted through its forms. You do not need to register or submit contact details to browse the website.
2. Information we receive
Depending on the form, you provide your name, phone number, email address and Telegram or Instagram username. Your enquiry may also include your selected service, activity or specialist, tour and travel dates, travelling companion’s name, promo code, subject, comments or order details.
A submission also records the website language, source page, form name, date and time, your consent and privacy acknowledgement, and the versions of these documents. The language and source page help our team identify the offer you are enquiring about.
Our hosting provider may process technical request information, including your IP address, browser details, requested address and request time, to deliver the website, protect it and filter spam.
Required fields are indicated in each form; other fields are optional. Without the necessary contact details, we cannot process or reply to your enquiry. Only provide a companion’s details with their permission and share this policy with them. Do not send passport details, card details, diagnoses or medical documents through the general website forms.
3. Purposes and grounds for processing
We use enquiry information to reply, help you choose a service, discuss a tour, and agree on an order, price or other details you request. We rely on your separate consent to process information you voluntarily submit through a form.
Where your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract at your request, we also process information necessary for that contract. Records that must be retained to meet legal obligations are processed on that basis. These grounds are set out in Article 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data; mandatory requirements of other applicable data protection laws continue to apply.
Technical processing supports website operation, security, delivery of enquiries and prevention of abuse. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to promotional emails or authorise publication of your personal data.
4. How enquiries reach the team
Netlify Forms receives and stores your submission. A copy is forwarded by a bot to the MIROS team’s Telegram group, and a backup notification is sent to the configured work email inbox. Netlify, Telegram and the recipient’s email service process the information for this workflow; the MIROS team handles your enquiry.
Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, access, correction, use, transmission to handle your enquiry, restriction and deletion. Transmission and storage are automated; the team replies and agrees the details with you. The website does not make automated decisions about confirming a booking or providing a service.
5. Messaging services and payments
If you follow a link to Telegram, WhatsApp Business or Instagram and contact MIROS, that service also processes your messages and profile information under its own terms. The primary contact link on the English website opens WhatsApp Business.
Where an offer includes payment through Stripe, checkout opens on Stripe’s separate page. Stripe processes the payment information entered there; full card details and security codes do not pass through MIROS enquiry forms or their notifications. MIROS may receive payer details, the amount, payment status and transaction identifier needed to administer a booking. Stripe’s policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
6. Where processing takes place
The website and notifications use international service providers. Information may be processed outside your country of residence, including within Netlify’s infrastructure in the United States. Netlify lists its service providers and processing locations at https://www.netlify.com/legal/subprocessors/.
You can request information about recipients and applicable data transfer arrangements by emailing miros.platform@gmail.com. This policy and enquiry consent do not themselves replace mandatory data localisation or international transfer requirements.
7. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose: handling your enquiry and related correspondence, fulfilling an agreed service or order, and retaining records for a legally required period where applicable. Information should not be retained longer than necessary for those purposes.
When its purpose has been fulfilled, the information is no longer needed, or consent is withdrawn, information is to be deleted or anonymised unless another lawful ground requires its continued retention. Deletion must take account of copies in Netlify, the team’s Telegram group and the work email inbox. The website does not automatically delete all copies on a single timer; the controller handles requests.
8. Shopping bag, cookies and analytics
The shopping bag stores selected products and quantities in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). It does not store contact details entered into enquiry forms there. You can remove products from your bag and clear local storage in your browser settings.
As of this version, the website code does not include Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica or advertising pixels. This does not exclude technical processing by the hosting provider. External payment pages and messaging services may use their own cookies under their own policies.
9. Your rights and how to contact us
You can ask about the processing of your information, request correction, deletion or restriction, and withdraw consent. Email miros.platform@gmail.com and give the contact details used in your enquiry so we can locate it. We may request information needed to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. It does not end processing supported by an independent lawful ground, such as performing a contract or retaining legally required records. We will explain any such ground and applicable retention period in our reply.
Where applicable law provides, you may also object to processing, request data portability and complain to the competent data protection authority, including Roskomnadzor or the authority in your jurisdiction. Requests are handled within the time limits of applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
The current policy is published on this website’s Privacy policy page, with its revision date at the beginning. We update it when forms, purposes or processing methods change. New purposes requiring separate consent are not covered by an earlier enquiry.
