1. Who I give consent to and why
By selecting the separate consent checkbox and submitting the form, I voluntarily consent to individual entrepreneur Victoria Sergeevna Roshchina (MIROS), INN 780451468987, OGRNIP 324470400142548, processing my enquiry data. Contact: miros.platform@gmail.com.
The purpose is to handle my enquiry, contact me, help with the requested service, and discuss a tour, order or other details I request. This consent does not cover promotional mailing lists or publication of my personal data.
2. Information covered by my consent
The information I submit in the selected form: my name, phone number, email address, Telegram or Instagram username; selected activity, specialist or service, tour and dates, promo code, subject, comments and order details, where those fields are present and completed.
The submission also records the website language and source page, form name, date and time, my consent and privacy acknowledgement, and document versions. If I provide a travelling companion’s name, I do so with their permission and share the privacy policy with them; my consent does not replace another person’s consent where it is required.
3. How the information is processed
Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, access, correction, use, transmission to handle the enquiry, restriction and deletion. Netlify Forms receives and stores the enquiry; copies are delivered to the MIROS team through Telegram and backup email notifications. Processing is automated and carried out by team members.
The privacy policy describes the services involved, possible processing outside my country and my rights. This consent does not remove mandatory data localisation or transfer requirements and does not cover Stripe’s processing of payment credentials.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent takes effect when I submit the form and continues until the stated purposes are fulfilled or I withdraw it. I can withdraw consent or request correction or deletion by emailing miros.platform@gmail.com and identifying the contact details used in my enquiry.
On withdrawal, processing based on consent ends within the time limits required by law. Information may be retained where there is an independent lawful ground, such as a contract or a mandatory record-keeping period. Requests must take account of copies in Netlify, Telegram and the work email inbox; sending a withdrawal email does not automatically delete those copies.
