Program
A comfortable transfer from Lisbon Airport will be arranged for all participants, followed by a warm welcome dinner at the villa
We’ll start the morning with introductions and an energizing functional workout. After breakfast, we’ll head out to explore Lisbon, discover its main landmarks, and soak in the European atmosphere. In the evening, we’ll unwind with a stretching session at the villa
We’ll start the day with a scenic run to Belém Tower, followed by breakfast at the villa. Then we’ll head to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe. On the way back, we’ll stop in Cascais, and in the evening we’ll have a core workout
After a circuit workout and breakfast, we’ll head to Sintra — a town known for its unique architecture and magical atmosphere. We’ll stroll through the historic center, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, and visit the iconic Pena Palace
We’ll start the morning with a functional workout and a surfing session, then head to Lisbon. You’ll have time for lunch, a walk through the city’s iconic spots, and some shopping. We’ll end the day with a farewell gathering and dinner
Our final day will begin with a light morning workout and breakfast, followed by a transfer to the airport

If you cancel your participation in the fitness tour, regardless of the time remaining before the start date, the deposit is non-refundable.

On the day of arrival and departure, we provide transfers for all participants.

Our meeting point is Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado Airport).
We recommend choosing flights that arrive between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM — this makes it easier to organize transfers without long waiting times.
We will collect information about each participant’s flight and arrange two transfer groups. Please note that there might be a short wait at the airport, as we will have two cars at our disposal. We’ll do our best to adjust the transfer schedule to your arrival time so you can reach the villa quickly and comfortably.
Departure day
On the day of departure, the transfer will pick you up from the villa and take you to the airport.
We recommend booking flights departing between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Throughout the tour, we will have two vehicles at our disposal:
- A smaller car — available at any time for quick trips to the store, pharmacy, or other small needs.
- A main transfer vehicle (car or minivan) — for group trips to training sessions and activities.
We will be staying in a spacious villa with all amenities.
Accommodation is for two people per room, each room with a private bathroom.

- If you join with a friend, we’ll place you in the same room.
- If you join alone, we’ll pair you with another participant.
- Single accommodation is available upon request for a small extra fee.
Half of the meals will be organized at the villa, and the other half in local cafés and restaurants.
- Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at the villa are prepared by the organizers, taking into account your tastes and preferences.
- We take full responsibility for grocery shopping and snacks — there will always be enough food, and it will be healthy, varied, and delicious.
- Before the tour, we’ll send you a short form where you can indicate your dietary preferences, as well as any allergies or intolerances.
Medical insurance is your guarantee of peace of mind and safety. It covers the cost of medical assistance in case of unforeseen situations such as injuries, flare-ups of chronic conditions, or sudden health issues.
Of course, we hope you won’t need it, but having insurance will spare you unnecessary worries and allow you to fully enjoy the fitness tour — that’s why we strongly recommend arranging it before your trip.
