Program
After arriving and settling in, we’ll take some time to get to know each other. A relaxing stretching session will help us unwind, and in the evening, we’ll enjoy a welcoming dinner in a cozy setting.
Our morning kicks off with an energizing workout and a refreshing run. After breakfast, we’ll head to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe, where we’ll have a picnic lunch with breathtaking ocean views. Later in the evening, we’ll have another functional workout session.
We’ll start the day with a scenic hike along beautiful trails, followed by a picnic lunch outdoors. In the afternoon, we’ll head to Guincho Beach to try surfing with a professional instructor. The day will wrap up with a calming stretching and meditation session.
After a morning circuit workout and breakfast, we’ll visit Sintra, a city known for its magical architecture and unique charm. We’ll explore the historic center, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, and tour the colorful Pena Palace. The evening will end with stretching and meditation.
The day begins with a functional workout before we head off to explore Lisbon. There will be time for lunch, sightseeing around the city’s main attractions, and a visit to the iconic Belém Tower. We’ll finish the day with a farewell dinner and a special closing event.
Our final morning starts with light exercise and meditation, followed by breakfast. Afterward, we’ll head to the airport for departure, ending our unforgettable fitness tour.

On the day of arrival and departure, we provide transfers for all participants.

Our meeting point is Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado Airport).
We recommend choosing flights that arrive between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM — this makes it easier to organize transfers without long waiting times.
We will collect information about each participant’s flight and arrange two transfer groups. Please note that there might be a short wait at the airport, as we will have two cars at our disposal. We’ll do our best to adjust the transfer schedule to your arrival time so you can reach the villa quickly and comfortably.

Throughout the tour, we will have two vehicles at our disposal:
- A smaller car — available at any time for quick trips to the store, pharmacy, or other small needs.
- A main transfer vehicle (car or minivan) — for group trips to training sessions and activities.
We will be staying in a spacious villa with all amenities.
Accommodation is for two people per room, each room with a private bathroom.

- If you join with a friend, we’ll place you in the same room.
- If you join alone, we’ll pair you with another participant.
- Single accommodation is available upon request for a small extra fee.
Half of the meals will be organized at the villa, and the other half in local cafés and restaurants.
- Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at the villa are prepared by the organizers, taking into account your tastes and preferences.
- We take full responsibility for grocery shopping and snacks — there will always be enough food, and it will be healthy, varied, and delicious.
- Before the tour, we’ll send you a short form where you can indicate your dietary preferences, as well as any allergies or intolerances.
Medical insurance is your guarantee of peace of mind and safety. It covers the cost of medical assistance in case of unforeseen situations such as injuries, flare-ups of chronic conditions, or sudden health issues.
Of course, we hope you won’t need it, but having insurance will spare you unnecessary worries and allow you to fully enjoy the fitness tour — that’s why we strongly recommend arranging it before your trip.
