Program
A comfortable transfer from Antalya/Dalaman airport and a warm welcome dinner at the villa will be arranged for the participants
We’ll start the day with a run offering breathtaking views, followed by our first functional workout. Afterward, we’ll take a stroll through the charming streets of Kaş and enjoy a refreshing swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean
We promise the traditional Turkish breakfast that starts your day will be unforgettable! Afterward, we’ll head to the picturesque Kaputaş Beach, surrounded by steep cliffs, and end the day with a relaxing sunset stretch
After the morning run, we’ll sunbathe and swim at Patara Beach, then explore its sandy dunes and ancient ruins. Upon returning, a functional band workout will be waiting for us
Our main activity for today is hiking along the Lycian Way, with its stunning views. In the evening, we’ll unwind with a relaxing stretch, followed by a barbecue party by the pool
Sunrise yoga in an ancient amphitheater will be the highlight of the day. Afterward, we’ll spend the day on a private yacht, discovering the best spots for snorkeling, swimming, and watching the sunset
A morning run and a circuit workout will let you feel the progress after a week of fitness. Afterward, we’ll head to Kalkan for free time and shopping, wrapping up the day with a warm farewell gathering

On the day of arrival and departure, we provide transfers for all participants.

Our meeting point is Antalya Airport (Antalya Havalimanı) or Dalaman Airport.
We recommend booking flights after 2:00 PM — this makes it easier to organize transfers without long waiting times.
We will collect information about each participant’s flight and arrange two transfer groups. Please note that there might be a short wait at the airport, as we will have two cars at our disposal. We’ll do our best to adjust the transfer schedule to your arrival time so you can reach the villa quickly and comfortably.
Departure day
On the day of departure, the transfer will pick you up from the villa and take you to the airport.
The transfer will leave 6 hours before the earliest flight among all participants.

Throughout the tour, we will have two vehicles at our disposal:
- A smaller car — available at any time for quick trips to the store, pharmacy, or other small needs.
- A main transfer vehicle (car or minivan) — for group trips to training sessions and activities.
We will stay in a spacious three-story villa with a pool, large living area, kitchen-dining room, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi.
Accommodation is for two people per room, each room with a private bathroom.

- If you join with a friend, we’ll place you in the same room.
- If you join alone, we’ll pair you with another participant.
- Single accommodation is available upon request for a small extra fee.
The nearest beach is about a 10-minute drive away.
Our tour program includes regular trips to the most beautiful beaches in the region. You’ll be able to swim in the sea, enjoy breathtaking views, and spend plenty of time by the water.

Usually, two meals a day are served at the villa, and one in restaurants or cafés in Kaş or Kalkan.
- Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at the villa are prepared by the organizers, taking into account your tastes and preferences.
- We take full responsibility for grocery shopping and snacks — there will always be enough food, and it will be healthy, varied, and delicious.
- Before the tour, we’ll send you a short form where you can indicate your dietary preferences, as well as any allergies or intolerances.
We recommend bringing US dollars or euros and exchanging them for Turkish lira locally. We’ll show you reliable exchange points.
Medical insurance is your guarantee of peace of mind and safety. It covers the cost of medical assistance in case of unforeseen situations such as injuries, flare-ups of chronic conditions, or sudden health issues.
