Program
A comfortable transfer from Antalya/Dalaman airport and a warm welcome dinner at the villa will be arranged for the participants
We’ll start the day with a run offering breathtaking views, followed by our first functional workout. Afterward, we’ll take a stroll through the charming streets of Kaş and enjoy a refreshing swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean
We promise the traditional Turkish breakfast that starts your day will be unforgettable! Afterward, we’ll head to the picturesque Kaputaş Beach, surrounded by steep cliffs, and end the day with a relaxing sunset stretch
After the morning run, we’ll sunbathe and swim at Patara Beach, then explore its sandy dunes and ancient ruins. Upon returning, a functional band workout will be waiting for us
Our main activity for today is hiking along the Lycian Way, with its stunning views. In the evening, we’ll unwind with a relaxing stretch, followed by a barbecue party by the pool.
Sunrise yoga in an ancient amphitheater will be the highlight of the day. Afterward, we’ll spend the day on a private yacht, discovering the best spots for snorkeling, swimming, and watching the sunset
A morning run and a circuit workout will let you feel the progress after a week of fitness. Afterward, we’ll head to Kalkan for free time and shopping, wrapping up the day with a warm farewell gathering
