Program
Arrival and check-in, followed by an evening welcome dinner
We’ll start the day with a welcome event and a gentle stretching workout before heading to the stunning coast of the Indian Ocean
In the morning, we’ll have a functional band workout. Then, we’ll visit Dreamland Beach, where you can catch some waves and try surfing!
Enjoy a free day by the ocean or join an optional trip to Nusa Penida, famous for its breathtaking views and hidden beaches
After a morning functional workout with resistance bands, we’ll get creative in a jewelry-making workshop, where you can craft a unique souvenir from the fitness tour
Another chance to enjoy surfing and swimming in the Indian Ocean! In the evening, we’ll visit the iconic Uluwatu Temple to take in its stunning sunset views
We’ll move to Ubud, explore its magical landscapes on a scenic trek, and finish the day with a relaxing stretching session
We’ll start the day with a guided tour of Ubud’s must-see spots, followed by an energizing circuit training session
We'll begin with a peaceful yoga session, then dive into Ubud’s creative vibe at its famous art market. Later, we’ll have another functional workout with resistance bands at the villa
A gentle morning stretch, then a visit to the famous Tirta Empul Temple, where you can take part in a traditional purification ritual in the sacred springs
For those interested, an optional sunrise hike up Mount Batur with breathtaking views from the top. The rest of the day is all about relaxation—spa time and a farewell gathering to wrap up our retreat

Our meeting point is Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar International Airport).
We recommend choosing flights that arrive between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM — this makes it easier to organize transfers without long waiting times.
We will collect all participants’ flight details in advance and arrange two transfer groups. You may need to wait a little at the airport, but we’ll do our best to adjust the schedule to your flight so you can reach the villa quickly and comfortably.

On the day of departure, the transfer will pick you up from the villa and take you to the airport.

Throughout the fitness tour, we will mostly travel between nearby locations using taxi scooters.
- Daily short rides by taxi are paid for individually by participants.
- The cost of a short trip is usually around €1–1.5.
- We recommend installing one of the local taxi apps in advance: Gojek, Grab, or Bluebird.
During the tour we will stay in two scenic areas of Bali:
Accommodation is for two people per room, each room with a private bathroom.
- Week 1 — Uluwatu
- Week 2 — Ubud

- If you join alone, we’ll pair you with another participant.
- Single accommodation is available upon request for a small extra fee.
Half of the meals will be organized at the villa, and the other half in local cafés and restaurants.
- Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at the villa are prepared by the organizers, taking into account your tastes and preferences.
- We take full responsibility for grocery shopping and snacks — there will always be enough food, and it will be healthy, varied, and delicious.
- Before the tour, we’ll send you a short form where you can indicate your dietary preferences, as well as any allergies or intolerances.
We recommend bringing US dollars or euros and exchanging them for Indonesian rupiah locally. We’ll show you reliable exchange points.
Medical insurance is your guarantee of peace of mind and safety. It covers the cost of medical assistance in case of unforeseen situations such as injuries, flare-ups of chronic conditions, or sudden health issues.
